We are seeking a strategic, data-driven, and results-oriented Sales Enablement Director to join our Global Commercial Organization - Center of Excellence (GCO-CoE).

This is a high-impact leadership role that will shape our sales strategies, optimize sales force effectiveness, and influence business performance at a global scale.
- Shape & Implement Best Practices : Partner with Business Unit and Country Managers to optimize customer potential calculations, territory alignment, call schedules, and sales performance metrics.
- Drive Performance Optimization : Design and monitor field force KPIs, dashboards, and analytics-driven insights to enhance productivity and efficiency.
- Enhance CRM & Digital Capabilities : Lead the enhancement and optimization of the CRM system to improve customer engagement and sales operations.
- Shape Sales Incentive Programs : Work with stakeholders to develop sales compensation and incentive structures that drive motivation and results.
- Leverage Data & Analytics : Conduct deep-dive sales and market analysis, uncovering trends, opportunities, and areas for strategic improvement.
- Champion Market Intelligence : Synthesize and analyze market data, customer behaviors, and competitive landscapes to inform commercial strategies.
- Collaborate at the Highest Level : Work cross-functionally with commercial, marketing, and executive teams to align sales excellence initiatives with business objectives.
- Stay Ahead of the Curve : Continuously monitor and integrate industry best practices, emerging trends, and innovative methodologies in sales force effectiveness.
