Position Overview

Working in the Modern Workplace team, you will be accountable for End-User Support for all entities globally, collaborating with and managing team members and external actors internationally.

Responsibilities

- Manage the day-to-day operations for On-Site Support and Service Desk and ensure coordination with local actors.
- Develop the global ITIL strategy and implement the roadmap (including ITSM tool and ITAM processes)
- Coordinate with all regions to ensure deployment and adherence to standards and processes
- Build and manage strategic relationships with key technology partners globally to ensure responsive team scaling anywhere
- Create publish SLA reports, identify challenges and service improvements
- Ensure service levels by preventing and resolving major incidents and problems in a hands-on mannerHead of Global End User Support

Your
profile :

Your profile

- Degree in IT related field
- 5 years minimum experience in end user support including international support engagement
- Strong knowledge of IT industry standards and best practice
- Experience managing/coordinating with multiple internal and external actors simultaneously
- Proficient in English both written and verbal
- Knowledge of IVANTI is a +

Required soft skill

- Excellent communication skills
- Proactive mindset
- Willingness to co-operate, learn, teach, and keep a hands-on approach.
